You need to have either Pokemon Sword or Shield and have an online subscription to receive this Pokemon. SOME POKEMON CANT BE CUSTOMIZED DUE TO SPECIAL CASES OF OBTAINING THEM LIKE SOME LEGENDS FORM PAST GAMES If a pokemon can't be caught in the ball you have chosen, it will be placed in a Pokeball.
